You can apply for participation under the following conditions :

  • You can register only one person per registration.
  • Options on reservations are not possible.
  • Register via the website is possible up to the 1st of April 2011. After this date you can register onsite.
  • Directly after your registration you will receive an e-mail confirmation of registration and an invoice. The invoice is within 21 days to be paid. It is possible to have your invoice to be sent to another email address (e.g. your employer or accounts payable). You should refer to the fields for addressing the invoice these are complete and accurate. When incorrect e-mail addresses, your registration unfortunately not be accepted.
  • You will receive the final proof of registration 7 days before the symposium by email, if your payment is received by the organization.
  • Your registration is binding. Cancellation and refund is possible until March 11th 2012 After March 11th 2012 cancellations are no longer possible. Your cancellation is only valid when you receive a confirmation from the organization by e-mail.
  • Absence without valid cancellation does not absolve you of your payment.
  • Upon notification, you accept these conditions for registration.

IMPORTANT TO THE INDUSTRY:
Employees of companies without an exhibitor / sponsor participation in the symposium cannot delegate as a conference participant.
